The Role:
We are seeking a Dutch-speaking Responsible Gaming Executive to join our team in Malta. You will play a key role in ensuring our players enjoy a safe and responsible gaming environment, offering top-tier protection for GGPoker customers in The Netherlands.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Monitor & Assess – Keep track of player activity, identify risk triggers, and take appropriate action in line with policies.
  • Record & Report – Maintain accurate logs of interactions and actions for compliance and auditing.
  • Escalate When Needed – Act as the escalation point for responsible gambling queries.
  • Engage & Interact – Contact customers proactively to ensure they are comfortable with their gaming habits and provide support when needed.
  • Collaborate & Communicate – Work closely with the Responsible Gaming Manager and CSF team to ensure customer interactions and interventions are handled effectively.
  • Liaise with Stakeholders – Cooperate with internal teams and external regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and player safety.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Fluent/Native Dutch Speaker – You can confidently communicate in Dutch (speaking, reading & writing) and are fluent in English.
  • Industry Experience – At least two years in online gaming; experience in responsible gaming is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail – You have a sharp eye for detecting patterns and signs of problem gambling.
  • Strong Decision-Making Skills – You can prioritize tasks effectively and handle high volumes of work.
  • Empathy & Compassion – Essential for this role as you will be dealing with sensitive situations.
  • Regulatory Knowledge – Familiarity with UKGC and other relevant regulations is an advantage.
  • Flexibility & Adaptability – You’re comfortable adjusting to business demands and willing to travel to The Netherlands for compliance training when required.
